Glamping Terms and Conditions
1. Field 725 Camping Ltd
Your Glamping break at Field 725 Eco Camping is provided by Unique Leisure Enterprises Ltd. A postal address is detailed below in 18 as a point of contact.
Field 725 is not a manicured site with paved paths. We are set in beautiful open countryside, with woodland areas, some uneven terrain in places, as well as adjacent farmland and further woodland. Please ensure all members of the party are aware of this and bring suitable attire.
Vehicles must be parked in the site car park and not driven or parked on the glamping/camping field unless specific permission has been granted by a member of staff. Wheelbarrows/trolleys are provided to transport luggage to the accommodation. This is for the protection of both the glamping/camping field and children on site, which are our priority.
Bookings made online will receive an automatic booking summary via email and sent direct to the email address provided in the booking form. A contract will only arise once we have confirmed the booking via email. The confirmation must be checked on receipt, and any errors reported immediately. If you do not receive an email confirmation you must contact Field 725. We can only accept bookings from persons over 21years of age. We reserve the right, without a statement of reasons to refuse any booking.
Any booking made is done so on behalf all party members and is confirmation of the whole parties understanding and acceptance of our terms and conditions.
4. Pre-Pitched Accommodation
The rental of the pre-pitched unit includes the following:
- Bed linen (with the exception of unfurnished and semi-furnished units such as the Nomads Tipi where bedding is optional)
- Towels (with the exception of unfurnished and semi-furnished units such as the Nomads Tipi where towels are optional)
- Firepit with 1 x basket of wood, charcoal, firelighters (additional items can be purchased onsite)
- A cool box, with ice packs (which can be switched at main reception)
- Use of our camp kitchen, with gas hobs. Due to COVID, we have had to remove shared pots and pans.
- Stovetop Kettle and Cafetiere provided in your tent.
- Communal camp seating area.
- Use of the main campsite, café and our woodland area
- Parking, outside the camping meadow in our site car park
- Final clean up
Not included in your rental is:
- Accommodation rubbish collection
- Washing up of kitchen utensils, pans and crockery
- A change of linen/towels
- Electricity direct to your unit
- Additional wood/BBQ supplies – items can be purchased from the main reception
Please email us in advance of your stay if you require a power supply for any medical or specialist equipment. Where possible we will provide facilities to assist.
Damage/breakages should be reported to the Duty Manager or main reception as they occur, this will enable us to carry out repairs, where possible. If damage is directly attributed to a guest, we reserve the right to request payment and reimbursement from the party.
Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm on the day of arrival.
Please advise us of your estimated arrival time. Where transport means you may arrive after 7 pm, where possible we will arrange for someone to meet you. Glamping staff may not be available after 7 pm and any minor issues may need to be resolved the following morning.
Accommodation should be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Please tidy and take all litter from inside and around the unit to the relevant kitchen bin.
Prices listed online are not binding; Field 725 reserves the right to modify these prices, which will vary depending on many factors, including the time of booking. Only prices stated on the booking confirmation are binding unless there is an obvious error. We occasionally run special offers and discounts, but these will not be applied retrospectively after a booking confirmation has been issued by us.
Payment is taken in full by credit or debit card at the time of booking.
We only allow dogs in our Nomad Tipis. Any parties arriving with dogs for other accommodation will not be allowed access to the unit. If a party is found to have allowed dog/s access to a glamping unit, the guest will be liable for costs associated with cleaning and any damage to the unit.
9. Changes to your booking
Once we have issued confirmation of your booking, we are not obliged to make any changes. If you wish to make changes to your booking, please email us the details as soon as possible. If we can accommodate changes, which is at our discretion, charges may apply. Please also see.
10. Our cancellation policy.
We strongly advise that you have valid travel insurance in place to provide suitable cover for health, transport, weather and un-mitigating circumstances which may prevent you from taking your holiday or curtail it.
10. Our cancellation policy
All cancellations should be made directly to us in writing via the email or postal address detailed below.
A full refund will be given if a cancellation is made directly with us 28 days prior to the arrival date. A 50% cancellation fee applies if a booking is cancelled 28 days or less prior to the arrival date. A 100% cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the booking is due to commence.
Bookings made through third-party sites may also be subject to their own non-refundable booking deposit policies. Bookings made through Airbnb will be subject to separate terms and conditions and cancellation fees.
In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil a booking or if changes are necessary for reasons outside of our control after we have sent written confirmation, we undertake to notify you as soon as reasonably possible. If it is not possible to arrange alternative accommodation, or if you do not wish to accept the alternative accommodation, the booking will be cancelled with a full refund of all monies paid. We shall have no further obligation or liability for non-availability, changes or cancellation as referred to in this condition.
12. Site Rules and Regulations
We request all visitors adhere to our site rules of behaviour, as laid out in our welcome information. Our aim is for all parties to enjoy their stay with us. Please be considerate and mindful of others on site. After 10 pm please refrain from making high levels of noise and ensure children are back in your glamping area. Be aware of potential hazards on site and safety conscious; fire pits must be sited at least 5 metres from glamping units and never placed inside any unit.
No vehicles are to be driven onto the field unless special permission has been granted by the Duty Manager. Trolleys and wheelbarrows are provided to transport luggage.
Should any party member breach the site rules, or behave in an unsafe or inappropriate manner, we reserve the right to ask the party to leave the site without compensation for the unspent element of the holiday.
13. Day Visitors
Day visitors are welcome to join guests staying on-site but may not stay overnight. The Duty Manager must be notified of all visitors to the site. Guests are responsible for ensuring visitors adhere to our site rules and regulations and behave in a considerate, respectful manner to other guests and staff. We retain the right to ask any visitor to leave the site immediately if we consider it necessary for the comfort or safety of other guests.
14. Force majeure
We cannot be held liable if, through Force Majeure, the completion of our agreement is entirely or partially, temporarily or permanently, prevented due to circumstances that are beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to events such as fire, flood, extreme climatic conditions or stormy weather, civil disorder, pandemics, the threat of war, staff strikes, blockades and other interferences or events beyond the provisions regarding non-availability under 11 above.
We accept no liability for theft, loss or damage, of whatever nature, during or as a result of a stay with us.
Guests and all party members will be jointly liable for all losses or damage that occurs either directly or indirectly as a result of their stay. This includes loss or damage caused by dogs who must be on lead, under control and monitored around the site and children and livestock at all times.
16. If you have a complaint
We hope all guests have an enjoyable stay with us. If there is something that you are not happy about, please notify our Duty Manager as soon as possible during your stay. If following this, you are still dissatisfied please write to us within 14 days of departure via email or the designated postal address in 18 below and setting out the details of your complaint so we may respond accordingly.
Our site is part of a rare breeds farm in open countryside with, woodland farm equipment and buildings in close proximity. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests and children are not permitted access to the private farm buildings, machinery or structures peripheral to the site. The responsible adult/guardian must ensure children understand these rules and restrictions and are mindful of not straying into areas designated for wildlife as well as adjoining private property. Children should only leave the pitch area and explore woodlands and the surrounding area whilst under parental or parentally approved guidance and supervision.
Our site is set in beautiful open countryside, with woodland and uneven terrain in some areas, as well as structures such as toilets located up steps; please be mindful of your surroundings and take appropriate care on-site and when using the facilities.
Fire bowls/BBQ grills and gas stoves on-site can get extremely hot. Extra caution should be taken not to touch any part of the Fire Bowls/BBQ Grills when in use and for a considerable time after use. Metal parts/grills can take some time to completely cool down. Always ensure that gas is turned off after use. If you smell gas leave the glamping kitchen and report this to the Duty Manager as soon as possible. Children should be closely supervised around fire bowls, BBQ’s and gas stoves.
The showers are not fitted with an anti-scald facility, children should not use the showers unless supervised by adults within their party.
